This week is my favorite meal: Smoked Sausage Pasta! I absolutely love this meal because it’s easy to make and it has a great combination of flavors. Like most of the recipes I like, this meal is easy to prep and is all cooked in one pan/skillet (which means less dishes to clean).
I also love this recipe because it doesn’t require us to take any meat out of the freezer in the morning. Since the smoked sausage is already cooked, all we need to do is fry it up in the skillet along with the onions.
The addition of the diced tomatoes and garlic gives the dish some heart warming flavors. Finally, top it off with my favorite dairy free cheddar cheese and some green onions and you’ll be craving another bite.
This is such a simple and quick meal and I love that it fills both of us up (plus we get leftovers for lunch). I hope you and your family will enjoy it as much as I do!
